Parish Hall

Tynron Village Hall has recently had a major refurbishment. We welcome bookings for functions, meetings and activities of all types (see Organisation, below.

The Main Hall

  • accommodates up to about 80 people
  • stage for a band
  • easy disabled access
  • excellent catering facilities

Meeting Room

  • suitable for smaller groups
  • connects to the Main Hall by fully-opening folding doors
  • folding doors into the car park.

Additional facilities for hire

  • gazebo and gas fired BBQ
  • tables and  plastic chairs
  • china and cutlery

We are grateful for funding from D&G Council’s LEADER programme and its Village Hall Improvement Scheme, Tynron Community Council, the Robertson Trust and the Hugh Fraser Foundation.
The Tynron Community made a major contribution both through fundraising events and individual donations.

Charges:
£4 per hour regular local clubs
£8.00 per hour private classes run for profit
£8 per hour private hire
Equipment hire charges – please enquire.

Organisation:
The Hall is a registered Charity and is run by the Tynron Parish Hall Committee, which meets regularly. The Committee Members are:
